{"id":560,"date":"2025-12-09T12:21:19","date_gmt":"2025-12-09T12:21:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blms4bu.org\/?p=560"},"modified":"2025-12-09T12:21:20","modified_gmt":"2025-12-09T12:21:20","slug":"training-on-laboratory-practices","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blms4bu.org\/fr\/training-on-laboratory-practices\/","title":{"rendered":"Empowering the molecular diagnosis network and enhancing diagnostic harmonization in BLMs4BU"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Over the past two weeks, <strong>the BLMs4BU consortium<\/strong> has carried out an intensive series of activities across the clinical trial sites and partner institutions, strengthening both the scientific and collaborative foundations of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>From 24 to 26th November, the BLMs4BU project organised a training on Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs) for Real-Time Quantitative PCR, with a focus on the molecular diagnosis of Buruli ulcer, at the Institute Pasteur de C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire.<\/strong> The training brought together the laboratory leads from the participating countries <strong>Benin, Togo, Ghana, and C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire<\/strong>, creating an important opportunity for technical alignment and collaborative progress.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/blms4bu.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1764579010585-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-555\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blms4bu.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1764579010585-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/blms4bu.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1764579010585-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blms4bu.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1764579010585-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blms4bu.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1764579010585.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Participants discussed data analysis, troubleshooting and best laboratory practices, elements that are essential for ensuring comparable and reliable results across all study sites.
